Sainik School Mainpuri Celebrates International Day of Yoga 2025 with Great Enthusiasm
On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, SSM organized a vibrant and spirited celebration aimed at promoting the ancient Indian practice of yoga for holistic well-being. Students, faculty members, and staff gathered on campus to participate in a collective yoga session led by certified instructors.
The event began with a brief introduction to the significance of Yoga Day, followed by a warm-up and guided practice of various asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and a short meditation for mindfulness and inner peace.
